How can I get a quotation?

Please send the product name or photo, quantity, specification and delivery destination. We will confirm product availability, price, packing and delivery arrangement before order confirmation.

What products do you supply?

We mainly supply PPE and workwear products, including safety shoes, reflective vests, polo shirts, helmets, gloves, rain boots, safety harnesses and protective glasses. We also provide sourcing support for other practical products from China.

Do you sell wholesale or retail?

We mainly focus on wholesale supply for company buyers, contractors, distributors, importers, resellers and market traders.

Can you help source products beyond PPE?

Yes. Besides PPE, we can help buyers source daily-use goods, electronics, clothing, hotel supplies and other suitable products according to market demand.

Do you deliver across Nigeria?

Yes. We support delivery coordination to Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Onitsha, Port Harcourt and other locations depending on the order and logistics arrangement.

Do you have locations in Nigeria?

Yes. We have operating locations in Nigeria through logistics support points to help with local delivery coordination and customer communication.

Yes. Please contact us in advance before visiting so we can arrange proper support.

Payment, Refund and Delivery Questions

Do you accept online payment?

Currently, we do not process direct online payments on our website. For bulk orders, customers are required to send an inquiry first. Our team will confirm product availability, quantity, price, delivery arrangement and payment details before order confirmation.

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfer after order confirmation. Final payment instructions will be provided directly by our sales team and reflected in the quotation when necessary.

Can I pay before confirming stock and delivery?

No. We recommend confirming product availability, quantity, delivery location, quotation and delivery arrangement before making any payment.

If I have paid but do not want to buy, can I get a refund?

If payment has been made and the order has not proceeded, customers may request a refund within 24 hours. Once sourcing, supplier payment, packing, customization or shipment has started, refund handling will depend on the actual order status.

What payment account do you use?

Payment may be arranged through a corporate account or a personal account depending on the order. The exact account information will be shown in the quotation. Quotation is compulsory; contract and invoice are optional when required.

How long does delivery take?

Sea shipping usually takes around 60 days from vessel departure. Air shipping usually takes around 20 days from aircraft departure. The final timeline depends on product type, quantity, shipping method, customs clearance and destination.

Should I choose air shipping or sea shipping?

Heavy or large-volume goods are usually better by sea. Light and valuable products, such as phones, computers and smart watches, are usually better by air. The final method will be confirmed according to the product and quotation.

Are prices transport-inclusive?

Some reference prices are transport-inclusive when clearly stated. Final price must be confirmed by quotation because specification, quantity, packaging, customization and delivery city may affect the total cost.
