Submitting an inquiry is free. An initial review for 1–5 products, an eligible first-purchase Starter Plan and paid research for larger lists have different scopes. We confirm the service and applicable fees before paid work begins.
Not every order uses every cost item. Your quotation should show the charges that apply to your order.
Sourcing Review Policy
Only the services agreed for your request are charged. The ₦25,000 Starter Plan, ₦10,000 research fee and 5% payment fee do not automatically apply to every customer.

Supplier shortlisting, price negotiation, detailed comparison, factory audits, sample handling and professional inspection are outside the free initial review unless separately quoted.

The final quotation depends on the services used. Each cost item should be confirmed before payment.
The confirmed supplier price for the agreed model, quantity, colour, size, quality and packaging.
Supplier checking, quotation comparison, order communication and purchasing coordination.
Warehouse receiving, visible checks, photos, repacking, carton marks and combining suppliers.
Air or sea freight, clearance, destination handling, pickup or local delivery as stated in the quote.
What Changes the Fee
A simple single-supplier order is different from a mixed order involving many suppliers, custom packaging and detailed inspection.
More suppliers usually require more communication, local deliveries, receiving records and consolidation work.
Technical products, many variants, custom logo or special packaging require more confirmation.
Photo checks, standard sampling, full inspection and third-party testing have different costs.
Small trial orders and large wholesale orders may use different handling and purchasing arrangements.
Repacking, wooden crates, compression, labels and custom carton marks affect the final charge.
Air, sea, sensitive-goods routes, destination city, weight and volume all influence logistics cost.

Small Trial Orders
A small order still requires supplier communication, local delivery, warehouse handling, inspection and international shipping. These fixed tasks are divided across fewer products.
Bulk Orders
Larger orders may have a better unit price, but they also require clearer specifications, stronger inspection, packing confirmation and shipping planning.

Good quotations begin with complete product information. Missing information creates inaccurate estimates.
Payment Safety
Payment instructions should match the confirmed quotation, invoice and beneficiary information.
Confirm the account name, bank, currency and payment purpose before transfer.
Product amount, service charges and payment stage should match the agreed quotation.
If payment details change, confirm through the known Toppingdom contact before paying.

It applies only to an eligible first purchase request within the stated scope.
No. The research fee applies to sourcing lists above 5 products; Starter applies to an eligible first purchase request of up to 5 categories; the 5% payment fee applies only if Toppingdom pays your Chinese supplier. A request above the Starter scope receives a regular service quotation. Only applicable, agreed services are charged.
No. Payment coordination is included in Starter, but making a supplier payment is a separate service charged at 5% of goods value. If you pay the supplier directly, Toppingdom does not charge this 5% fee. Payment-only customers are not automatically charged a sourcing fee.

The payment stage depends on the order agreement. Confirm the deposit, production balance, inspection approval and shipment-release terms before payment.
