Inspection Checklist

What We Can Check

A standard visible inspection focuses on the agreed order details. Special tests or laboratory certification require separate arrangements.

1

Quantity & Model

Count cartons or units according to the agreed inspection method and confirm product model or reference.

2

Colour, Size & Material

Compare visible colour, dimensions, material description and selected specification against the order.

3

Visible Defects

Check for obvious damage, missing parts, poor finishing, incorrect printing or visibly inconsistent products.

4

Logo & Packaging

Confirm custom logo, label, retail packaging, carton marks and basic packing arrangement.

5

Carton Information

Record carton quantity, gross weight, carton size and other shipping information where available.

6

Photos & Videos

Provide practical product, packaging and carton proof for buyer confirmation before shipment.

7

Basic Function Check

For suitable products, basic powering-on or simple function checks can be arranged if agreed in advance.

8

Third-Party Testing

Laboratory testing, certification or specialized inspection can be coordinated separately when required.

Inspection Levels

Choose the Right Checking Method

Not every product needs the same level of inspection. The quotation should state what will be checked and what is excluded.

Buyer Preparation

Send a Clear Inspection Standard

  • Approved product photo or sample reference
  • Exact quantity, colour, size and model
  • Logo position, colour and dimensions
  • Packaging and carton requirements
  • Acceptable and unacceptable defects
  • Any function or measurement to be checked

Important Limitation

Inspection Reduces Risk, Not All Risk

A visible inspection cannot guarantee future product performance, hidden internal defects, chemical composition or official regulatory compliance unless those items are specifically tested.

Laboratory tests, certificates, electrical testing, load testing or official compliance documents must be arranged separately when required by the product or destination.

Frequently Asked Questions

Inspection Questions

Can you inspect goods from my own supplier?

Yes, subject to supplier cooperation, warehouse access, product location and an agreed inspection scope.

Will you check every piece?

Only when a full inspection is specifically arranged. Standard inspections are usually sample-based or focused on cartons and visible order details.

What happens if defects are found?

We can share the findings and help communicate with the supplier. Replacement, rework, discount or cancellation depends on the supplier agreement and order status.

Can inspection replace SONCAP or laboratory testing?

No. A visible inspection is different from product certification, laboratory testing or official regulatory approval.

Need Product Inspection Before Shipping?

Send your product, quantity and required checklist. We will confirm the available inspection method and charges.
